Do you service children?
Unfortunately I do not service children.
Do you take walk-ins?
We are currently not accepting walk-ins. It is by appointment only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Cards, or Zelle.
What if you need to cancel your appointment?
We understand that in our hectic world there are plenty of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. We ask that you cancel and reschedule as soon as you know that you can’t make it, at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the services scheduled before you are able to re-book in our salon. Guests with 3 cancelled or missed appointments will not be able to book with us in the future.
What if I am running late?
We all run late from time to time. If you are running just a few minutes behind, please give us a quick call to update us on your status. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, please call us to reschedule your appointment. We care about the quality of our service, your hair, and the customers that have appointments after you–and we don’t want to rush anything.
Can you help with my wedding or special event?
Yes we can– we love being involved in your special days and making your memories of them look fabulous! Call us today to discuss your needs and reserve our services.
Gratuity is appreciated but not expected. It’s a great way to support and appreciate your stylist, especially if she has given you a look that you love and a professional salon experience.
